It is just a matter of days till we all meet up in Genting and the committee is certainly all geared up to welcome each and everyone of you who will be attending the KL Genting Semi Annual Toastmasters Convention 2009.

This is just some information for the delegates who will be flying in from Sabah, Sarawak, Indonesia, Brunei, etc.....

Thanks to all that have notified us especially about on request for vegetarian food. For those of you who are vegetarian but are yet to inform us, please do so soonest by sending us an email at klsemiannual2009@gmail.com and cc bvlmas@yahoo.com.

Please take note of this:

Should there is any delegate who request to change their vegetarian request on the convention day (i.e. from 23rd - 25th Oct), there is a charges of RM65 for the switch. The same apply to those who only request for vegetarian food during the convention.

Hence your co-operation is extremely important to ensure a truly pleasant and great convention.
